Message	3k on the oil, and I have always used 10w30. Sometimes in the summer I will change it at 2500 if the heat is extreme. Royal purple in the trans and diff. I always warm the car up before I boost, and usually don't boost until the oil pressure comes down to about 60psi. The turbo timer probably has helped over the years as well. I definitely don't drive the car hard every day, but I beat the crap out of it on occasion. "haters gonna hate." English translation = dissenters will inevitably oppose.
